I decided to purchase the 8mm version with the standard glans ring, though I was initially uncertain about the glans ring due to the relatively smaller size of my penis. A great piece of gear if you're working up to a larger size. I'm a tight 12 mm at the moment, and was finding it a bit challenging to insert and extract a ribbed plug of that diameter - more stretch needed! At 12 mm this one goes in very smoothly and is far easier to extract than one of the ribbed or threaded plugs. Since peeing or cumming while wearing it is no problem at all thanks to the relatively large bore, it can be left in to quietly stretch away for as long as you like. Once the glans ring is in place, it's completely secure. Because it's full diameter the whole way, it stretches the urethra uniformly along its entire length. I'm using it a lot!! As usual with Secretleather, it's beautifully made! Hopefully I'll work up to 13 mm over time .............
Excellent fit and finish , very well made , I have the 9 mm version. Gives a very pleasant full feeling, goes in very easy with lube and can wear for extended period of time . Absolutely never slips out , and an added bonus I didn’t think of is ,it makes the penis head and glans larger , enough so it’s very noticeable.
