2. Pull the scrotum in the same position straight forward with the thumbs and forefingers in the corners of the stretched skin. This time, try to pull the hands apart from each other in opposite directions. This will stretch the skin running down the middle of the scrotum (the central line) near the bottom. Pull and hold for about 45 seconds.
