This is my first item of this type and I was a bit hesitant to let it hang due to the weight of it. My first try with it was good. Started getting hard just sliding it on and slowly tightening the screws. Stayed hard for a bit but as soon as I went soft it slid right off. Tried iy on again the next day and again started getting hard, i tightened the screws and the sensation was great. I tightened then down quite a bit especially the 2 I had on the under side and it was almost too much but I relaxed and started going soft. I had to tighten them flush with the outside just to keep it on when soft and wore it for a few hours that way. Very nice feeling with just a little pinch. Will keep working on the length of time I keep it on.
