I had been doing some stretching before I bought this set. This is over the top. The rods are super smooth and slide in easily. I am between 10 and 11. I really enjoy them. Go slow and don't force anything.

This set of sounds is the best ever. I worked up from the 8 mm and now at least 4 times a day, slowly work the 11 mm sound in and out of my cock for a minimum of 5 minutes per session. I love the feel and the smoothness of the sound is outstanding. The only drawback is the mark edged into the sound so show when you hit the size. It could have a more rounded "cut".
