I purchased the 4-inch, 5-inch, 5.5-inch, and 6-inch leather ball stretchers, and I must say that the quality of the leather is superb. The sensation against the skin is incredible, and I find myself getting aroused simply by wearing them. Although it can be a bit challenging to put them on, once they're in place, they provide a fantastic stretch to the balls.
